The recycled styrofoam is collected from Eco Bali and other Bali-based waste collectors.
Mostly sourced from our very own restaurant, Ijen, and from the Beach Club, the oyster shells are shredded into small, soft pieces.
Incinerated residue waste is also in the mix, consisting of masker, diapers, and other un-recyclable waste. To make this happen, we partnered up with a local waste incinerator.
Tiny pieces of shredded HDPE also add colour to the pieces, sourced from guests’ single use plastic bottle caps.
