We use CNC with detailed, programmed instructions to guide machines in cutting, shaping and forming materials with high precision.
Our panels are crafted from shredded, melted HDPE plastic. Colours vary naturally based on the in-house plastic waste we receive daily.
We receive HDPE plastic waste, which we carefully sort, clean, and shred to prepare for melting and transforming into new materials.
We cut the panels into patterns, then assemble them into chairs – designed by Max Lamb – which can be found in each room of the Desa.
